No. Okay, when you said “Can I borrow a pencil?” I lent you one. As in, you are suppposed to give it back. You did not ask “Can I have a pencil” and I did not give you one. You cannot keep it. I needed that pencil and you screwed me over. No, this is not okay. Use your words carefully people.
